- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a phone.
- The phone must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, with no signs of wear, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
- Phones that show signs of use, damage, or missing accessories may not be eligible for a return or may incur a restocking fee.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Refurbished phones or phones marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards and downloadable content related to phones cannot be returned.
- Phones purchased with special promotional discounts may not be eligible for return. Please check the product details for return eligibility.
3. Damaged or Defective Phones
- If your phone arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the phone.
