1. Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a phone.
• The phone must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, with no signs of wear, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
• Certain items, such as refurbished phones or phones marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return. Please review the product details for specific return eligibility.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned phone, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the phone is defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. Exchanges

• If you need to exchange a phone for a different model or color, please follow the same steps as the return process.
• We will ship the replacement phone once we receive and approve the returned device.

• Phones purchased on final sale or with special promotional discounts

5. Damaged or Defective Phones

• If your phone arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
